Mits was started in Johor in 2019 by marketers who'd worked with global agencies and small in-house teams — and watched the same gap show up in both: Malaysian SMEs were getting either thin templates or unaffordable enterprise services. Nothing in between.
The local market deserved better than that. So did the businesses pouring real money into channels they couldn't measure. We started Mits to be the agency we wished existed when we ran our own brands — operationally tight, transparent on cost and performance, and willing to say no when the work didn't make sense.
