What we walked into

  3. 03Built a creative-test framework — minimum 6 variants per campaign, kill criteria at 2-day signal
  4. 04Tracked Google Search separately as the high-intent capture for Meta-driven demand
  5. 05Weekly 30-min optimization standup with the founder to keep decision speed high

What actually happened

  • Scaled monthly spend from RM 200K to RM 1M over 5 months
  • ROAS improved from 2.1x to 3.4x at the new scale (typical expectation: ROAS drops as you scale)
  • Attribution gap closed — Meta-attributed conversions reconciled with actual revenue within ±5%
  • Creative win rate doubled — 28% → 56% of new ads outperform the prior winner
