What's the minimum ad budget you work with?

We recommend at least RM 10,000/month in ad spend (excluding management fee) for paid search or social to gather meaningful test data. Below that, you're spending more on management overhead than on actual learning. We can advise smaller budgets through consulting engagements.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

We charge a flat monthly retainer based on scope, not a percentage. Percentage-of-spend incentivizes agencies to keep spending growing whether it's smart or not. Flat fee aligns us with making your spend more efficient.

How quickly will I see returns?

On Google Search with high-intent keywords, often within the first week. On Meta or TikTok, usually 2–4 weeks while creative tests resolve. We share early signal honestly — including campaigns we're killing — so you trust the eventual scale signal.

Can we own the ad accounts?

Always. Every account, pixel, and asset stays in your name. We work as managers, not gatekeepers. If we ever part ways, you keep everything we built.
