Content Strategist
Build content engines for B2B and B2C clients — pillars, briefs, distribution, and the data loop that proves it's working.

The day-to-day
- Define editorial pillars and tone for new accounts
- Build monthly content calendars and assign briefs to writers
- Edit and elevate drafts for voice, accuracy, and SEO performance
- Ghost-write founder content (LinkedIn, op-eds, newsletters)
- Plan repurposing pipeline — every long piece into social, email, and sales assets
- Build content performance reports tied to real business outcomes (not vanity metrics)
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- 3+ years in editorial, content marketing, or journalism
- Demonstrably strong writing portfolio — long-form, founder-voiced, or B2B
- Comfortable with SEO basics: keyword research, search intent, on-page
- Has shipped content programs that influenced revenue (not just traffic)
- Reads widely and has opinions about why most marketing content is bad
Bonus points
Nice to have, not required
- +Newsletter operator background (you've grown one from scratch)
- +Experience with LinkedIn-led B2B content programs
