Performance Marketing Lead
Run paid media for our biggest e-commerce and DTC accounts. Build the testing rhythm that scales spend without breaking ROAS.

The day-to-day
- Lead paid-media programs across Meta, Google, and TikTok for 3–5 accounts
- Own the testing framework: creative variants, audiences, kill criteria
- Diagnose and fix attribution issues; build server-side tracking where needed
- Run weekly optimization standups with founders and CMOs
- Brief our designer + copy partners on creative requirements
- Build the monthly ROAS report and walk clients through every line
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- 4+ years running paid media at scale (RM 100K+/month at minimum)
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one of TikTok / YouTube
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and server-side tracking (Meta CAPI, GA4 SST)
- Strong intuition for creative — can articulate why an ad is working or failing
- Disciplined enough to say 'don't scale yet' when the data isn't there
Bonus points
Nice to have, not required
- +Experience with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam)
- +Has scaled a single account from <RM 200K to >RM 1M monthly spend
